What we do.

Most AI programs stall between a working demo and a deployed system. That is the gap we work in.

01

AI product strategy

Find the workflows where AI pays back. Scope, sequence, and business case before a line of code is written.

02

Custom AI agents & applications

Purpose-built systems that run on your data and your rules, with retrieval, evaluation, and guardrails.

03

Workflow automation

Agents that take on the collection, comparison, and drafting your specialists do by hand.

04

Fractional product leadership

Interim CPO and product leadership for teams that need direction before they can hire for it.

The team.

AI projects usually fail at the handoffs between strategy, engineering, infrastructure, and design. We keep all four in one team.

Product leadership

Executives who have shipped enterprise product. They set the scope and stay on the work.

AI engineers

Retrieval, agents, evaluation, and the data engineering the rest depends on.

DevOps & platform

Cloud infrastructure, pipelines, security review, and monitoring.

Design

Interfaces built for the people who use them daily, because that determines adoption.

How we work.

We hand over something that runs

We build systems that run inside your operation, with the evaluation, monitoring, and handover that keep them running after we leave.

Your infrastructure, your data

We deploy into your existing cloud environment or stand up a dedicated environment under your control. Security review and IT ownership are planned in from the start.

We agree the metric first

We agree what changes — cycle time, conversion, cost per case — before we start, and we report against it.

Why the firm exists.

308PCG was founded in Toronto in 2024 to close one specific gap.

We kept seeing the same situation. A company with real AI ambition, a capable engineering team, and a pilot that never became a product. The technology was rarely the problem. Nobody owned the decisions — which workflow to change, what good looked like, and how to get it past security, procurement, and the people who would have to use it.

So we built the firm around those decisions. Product leadership, AI engineers, DevOps and design in one team, on a small number of clients at a time, with senior people on the engagement from the first conversation to a running system.
